You will be emailed with a HIPPA-compliant Zoom invite link prior to the scheduled virtual appointment. In-person appointments are for initial new patients with advanced notice. Additionally, in-person appointments can only be held at Dr. Wu’s office.

The in-person appointments will be held at our clinic office located at 2245 Texas Dr, Suite 300, Sugarland, TX 77479. Free indoor garage parking is available.

Please go to the “New Patients” tab (click here). You can request a free 15-min initial phone consultation with Dr. Wu after clicking the button and completing the Pre-Screening Form.

During this initial phone appointment, we will review what you are looking for in treatment and to see if our practice might be the right fit for you. If we both agree to move forward, we will schedule an initial diagnostic consultation appointment together over the phone.

All new patients will be scheduled for a 90-minute initial diagnostic evaluation. This appointment provides a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your psychiatric symptoms as well as the underlying etiology. It provides diagnostic clarification, individualized treatment recommendations, and referral resources. With your consent, Dr. Wu will also review your past medical records and talk to your other outpatient providers, if clinically indicated.

Please note, the initial diagnostic evaluation does not constitute an ongoing treatment relationship. Dr. Wu will facilitate referral resources to other specialized clinicians or treatment programs, if patient requires higher level of psychiatric care.

Dr. Wu will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan to determine the follow-up visitations based on your clinical needs. Depends on the complexity and acuity of one’s clinical conditions, patients are seen between every 2 weeks and every 2 months for medication management. Patients are seen weekly or biweekly for concurrent therapy and medication management.
